Please review the following basic terms that will govern your use and purchase of products from me. Note that your use of this site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bounded by those terms.
Terms and Conditions Applied
1. All orders are based on emails and phone messages only.
2. Genuine buyers. Cancelling orders are allowed only if the postage has not been done.
3. We have the right to refuse rude customers.
4. Prices are fixed. I will try to give my best in terms of pricing and services.
5. All Sales are final. Items sold are not exchangeable or returnable.
6. No refund once payment is done unless items ordered are out of stock.
7. I have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of the item(s) that appear on this site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. The design may slightly be different from what you see.
8. Reservations are only allowed for 2 days. After 2 days, all reservations without payment will automatically be cancelled. Whoever pays first will get the item; First-Come-First-Serve basis.
9. We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
If addressee is not available by the time the postage reaches the place, we advise you to pickup the item(s) at nearest post office.
10. We ship items ordered/paid twice a week. I will need time to check the payments, inventories and wrap item(s) before shipping it out, so give me some time to deal with all this.
11. If you fail to make full payment as we agreed, your reservation on the item will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
