IMPORTANT
Firstly, you must send me an email with topic  "CONFIRM" to determine your last confirmed order. 
  
The payment must be banked in first before meet up or postage.


After confirmation, I will reply your email and state whether the item(s) is/are available or not within 24 hours. If it is available, I will provide you the total banking details (using CIMBclicks).


Take the picture of the receipt/ or scan it and email to us to proof of payment(by MMS, Email or etc which ever better). You can email/text me that you have made the payment.


Insya Allah, I will try my best to reply your email within 24 hours. 


Once the payment is confirmed, then only I will mail out your orders and the item will reach  your address the next day (Insya Allah). 


If you have emailed me but wish to add new item(s) you may send another email separately because the inbox shows the latest email.

If you are my regular customer, for sure we can talk about "DISCOUNT" later.

Terms and Conditions

Please review the following basic terms that will govern your use and purchase of products from me. Note that your use of this site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bounded by those terms.

Terms and Conditions Applied

1. All orders are based on emails and phone messages only.

2. Genuine buyers. Cancelling orders are allowed only if the postage has not been done.

3. We have the right to refuse rude customers.

4. Prices are fixed. I will try to give my best in terms of pricing and services.

5. All Sales are final. Items sold are not exchangeable or returnable.

6. No refund once payment is done unless items ordered are out of stock.

7. I have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of the item(s) that appear on this site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. The design may slightly be different from what you see.

8. Reservations are only allowed for 2 days. After 2 days, all reservations without payment will automatically be cancelled. Whoever pays first will get the item; First-Come-First-Serve basis.

9. We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

If addressee is not available by the time the postage reaches the place, we advise you to pickup the item(s) at nearest post office.

10. We ship items ordered/paid twice a week. I will need time to check the payments, inventories and wrap item(s) before shipping it out, so give me some time to deal with all this.

11. If you fail to make full payment as we agreed,  your reservation on the item will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
